Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: In-Store Exchange Policy
At Raffi Jewellers, we want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from our stores. If you are not satisfied with any in-store purchase, you may, within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, exchange the item for another item or for store credit as long as the item is in saleable condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. After the 14-day grace period, Raffi Jewellers will no longer accept previously purchased items for exchange or store credit.
For all exchanges, the following is mandatory: Items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when initially purchased, and they must be in their original boxes, accompanied by their original receipts. Any items that show signs of wear or that have been engraved, resized, damaged or otherwise altered, will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Custom orders cannot be returned, and will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Online Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Raffi Jewellers merchandise, we will gladly provide an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that the article is returned in its original, unworn condition, with original box, warranty and paperwork to the Oakville location stated below. This policy is not applicable towards in-store purchases and only applies towards purchases made online. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and order number with your return package.
